Vinyl has always been cool on a turntable, but modern manufacturing technology now makes it a slick underfoot option, too. A new Woven Vinyl Flooring collection from Architectural Systems shows off vinyl's renaissance as a high-design surfacing material.

New textured additions to ASI's Resilient collection debuted at HD Expo

The collection includes two groups-one with matte finish and one in a range of glossy metallic colors. Patterns are woven from vinyl raffia, then heat-pressed to a stabilizing backer in either rolls (78.75″ x 65′ 6″ nominal) or tiles (20″ x 20″ nominal). Suitable for floors and vertical surfaces, some options are rated for outdoor use.
