A whirling dervish of a collection, Atelier Oi’s Allegretto series for Foscarini features intricately manipulated wire rods finished with copper, brass, and black powder-coat.

These lamps are daring and dramatic. In conceiving of the concept, Atelier Oi let the nature of the material take the lead, “whereby a game of slim metal elements creates unprecedented shapes, harmonies and light effects.”

The cage-like element manipulates the light, forming entrancing slants of illumination and ominous shadows—ideal for high-concept restaurants and design-forward workspaces.

The collection includes five styles: Allegro Assai, Allegro Ritmico, Allegro Vivace, Allegretto Ritmico, and Allegretto Assai.
