Singapore’s Pupupula Kids has devised a way to retain the usefulness of the toddler’s bed.

The Mid-High Bed is a birch bunk bed with a raised frame built into its underside. Once the kids reach a certain age, the bed may simply be flipped for a more conventional style appropriate for older kids.

And the bed is lightweight, so it’s easy to convert from single back to double for sleepovers.
