KBIS 2026: Inside Kohler’s House Party

At KBIS 2026, Kohler trades the traditional booth for something more immersive. House Party unfolds as a walk-through home, with seven fully realized kitchens, baths, bars, and wellness spaces designed by seven creatives. The premise is strategic: present kitchen and bath design as lived experience, not a product lineup.

Within that setting, the introductions feel integrated rather than spotlighted.

In the entertaining kitchen by Moniomi, the Synthos Workstation Sink anchors the room. Integrated accessories create clear zones for prep, rinse, and serve, supporting how people naturally gather. In amenity kitchens or hospitality residences, that choreography is what separates good kitchen and bath design from great.

The Audrine Sink Collection with Studio McGee shifts the mood. Fireclay construction. Balanced proportions.

The bath environments extend that thinking. The Pearlized Derring Carillon Artist Editions Sink, developed with David Franklin, introduces dimension through an iridescent ceramic surface that shifts gently in light. It elevates the room through material, not excess, a smart move for boutique hospitality and branded commercial interiors.

Wellness rounds out the narrative. The Anthem Duo digital shower control integrates into spaces that also feature steam, sauna, and cold immersion. Two outlets. Precise temperature. Water-conscious performance. Smart bath design here feels seamless, not layered on.

By presenting complete rooms first and products second, House Party clarifies the message. The strongest kitchen and bath design isn’t about isolated fixtures. It’s about cohesion.
