Porcelain, Scaled Up: XTONE by Porcelanosa

Porcelain, Scaled Up: XTONE by Porcelanosa

At Porcelanosa, XTONE continues to push porcelain into architectural territory, debuting six new designs at KBIS 2026. The collection expands what large format porcelain slabs can do across commercial interiors.

These slabs, sized at 160 × 320 cm and offered in 6mm and 12mm thicknesses, are engineered for continuity across planes. Walls become volumes. Counters read as monoliths. Even furniture applications feel resolved rather than applied. Bookmatching reinforces that effect, allowing expansive compositions without visual interruption.

The material story is where XTONE sharpens its edge. Subtle relief, controlled sheen, and full-body construction give each surface depth without excess. Light shifts across the slab. Edges hold their integrity. Texture reads as intentional, not decorative.

The designs move between statement and restraint. Andes Blue delivers contrast and movement. Vendome and Mallorca Caliza soften into quieter, mineral-driven palettes. Camouflage and Ceppo Carabelas lean into texture, while Negresco sharpens contrast with a darker, more graphic read.

For commercial interiors, this is where large format porcelain slabs become more than a finish. They become a system. Durable, scalable, and increasingly nuanced, XTONE offers specifiers a way to unify surfaces across high-traffic environments without sacrificing visual clarity.
