Two curved plywood shells. One light four-leg metal frame. That’s the whole equation behind TÊT, the new stackable hospitality seating from Et al, designed by Marco Acerbis.

The backrest is the tell. Wide and slightly enveloping, it reads as one continuous surface, more petal than panel. The seat matches it in bent plywood, or takes an upholstered cushion when a room calls for softness. That cushion stays deliberately separate from the back, so the geometry never blurs.

Then the practical trick: TÊT stacks, cleanly, backs nesting like pages in a half-open book. In stackable hospitality seating, that detail separates a pretty chair from a specifiable one. Picture forty in a hotel event room by night, a storage cart by morning.

TÊT follows Acerbis’s Oz collection in Et al’s hospitality seating lineup and shares its temperament: simple on approach, sophisticated on inspection. The kind of chair that earns a second look precisely because it never asks for one.
