Jacqueline is a faucet made of actual bamboo. Among luxury bathroom fixtures, not cast, not plated, no motif: Gessi selects hollow bamboo roots one by one, steams them pliable, bends each into an arc, and flames the nodes dark. Every spout is a single stalk. No two are alike.

The plant does the expressive work. The plumbing stays disciplined below it, with machined brass bases and levers modeled on handbag clasps, offered with leather-effect or horn-effect detailing. Twelve metal finishes run from warm bronze to matte black. A Black Edition darkens the bamboo itself, turning its node lines graphic and quiet at once.

Among luxury bathroom fixtures, “one of a kind” is a claim that rarely survives scrutiny. Here it does. Spec Jacqueline across a boutique hotel’s baths and every vanity carries its own signature. Set one beside a freestanding tub like Noken’s Nova or Swan and the room needs little else.
