The Countertop Climbs the Column

JennAir and Cosentino have put Dekton on the refrigerator. The JennAir x Dekton panel collection wraps JennAir column refrigeration in the same ultracompact surface designers already specify for counters and cladding.

Integrated refrigerator panels usually mean wood. Match the cabinet door, hide the appliance, done. This set takes its cue from the countertop instead. One surface can now run from the waterfall island to the backsplash to the column door.

Five finishes launch the line. Laurent is the headliner, a near-black base threaded with gold veins. Albarium sits at the quiet end, chalky and soft as fresh plaster. Grafite, Rem and Trance cover the middle ground: gritty dark limestone, fine-veined white marble and a cool blue drift.

It is the same material family behind Cosentino’s recent Dekton releases. This time it swings open.

For boutique hotel suites, multifamily amenity kitchens and model units, the appeal is plain. The fridge stops reading as equipment. It reads as wall.
