A Modular Furniture System Built to Be Rebuilt
Modul Space is a tubular steel frame held together by spherical connectors, and it has finally crossed the Atlantic. Dauphin is now offering the modular furniture system across North America for the first time.
The logic is pure Bauhaus. Points, lines, planes. A chrome or matte black frame sets the grid, and panels fill it in: drawers, flaps, doors, open niches, glass.
From there, the kit becomes whatever the floor plan needs. A cobalt credenza grounding an executive desk. A pedestal on casters, ready to roll to the next workstation. A media wall with the screen built in. A freestanding divider that carves up an open floor.
That flexibility is the pitch. A modular system like this gets reconfigured when the team or the lease changes, not hauled to the curb. Dauphin’s new Design Services team will even turn a napkin sketch into a buildable plan at no charge.
Color earns its keep, too. Saturated blue reads confident and corporate. White on black feels gallery-calm. It pairs easily with Dauphin’s own Little Perillo ECO, which proved the brand can do playful. Modul Space supplies the architecture around it.
