Taking inspiration from nature, specifically the body shape of a dragonfly, designer Odo Fioravanti has created a chair for Italian furniture company Segis that straddles function and style.

Designed with a polypropylene shell, each seat mimics the vertical ribbing found on a dragonfly’s wings. Keeping with the natural theme, Fioravanti selected colors found in nature, such as forest green and smoky grey. The Dragonfly is available as either a chair or stool and casters can be added to the base.
