A stone base anchors the Bau 01 side table, and everything above it seems built to defy that weight. This accent table comes from Taamaa, new to the US market.

A slim bronze stem rises from the stone, bends twice, then carries a glossy lacquered top. That top is the reward: a deep blue disc set inside a turquoise rim, both polished to a wet shine. One blue orb hangs off the edge like a counterweight. Its twin waits down at the base.

Balance and mischief, in a single small footprint.

The compact scale makes this accent table easy to specify. Picture a cluster beside lounge chairs in a boutique hotel lobby, or one pulled up to a reading nook on a multifamily amenity deck. Aqua is pictured. Beige, green, rust and natural round out the range.
